Will my product be delivered in an insulated container?

No. Your lollies will be transported in a refrigerated truck, once it arrives and is handed over to you, you will be responsible to store as per our packaging instructions.

What are your operating hours and contact details?

We are open from 8:30 until 16:00 Monday to Friday. You can give us a call on 021 556 1491 or email on orders@laspaletas.co.za

How do I go about purchasing Las Paletas Lollies?

You can either purchase through our online store, or you are welcome to email us at orders@laspaletas.co.za

What are my payment options?

All payments should be done through our online shop, with Payfast, or for email orders, via EFT.

How much is my Ice Cream Delivery?

Orders over R550.00 have free delivery. Orders below this amount, we charge R100.00 delivery fee within our delivery areas.

Ice Cream Delivery Areas 

Below is a list of areas that we currently deliver to weekly. We are able to deliver to these areas as well as their surrounding areas. If your Ice Cream Delivery Area falls close to these you can presume we will be able to deliver.

Can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order has not left our offices and is within our delivery areas, yes you can

Can I cancel my order and how do I go about cancelling?

Once an order has been paid for, we do not accept any cancellations.

What happens if certain flavours are not available?

We will notify you and advise on what flavours we have available.
