Terms and Conditions of Sale

These are all our Las Paletas terms and conditions for Sale. All of our prices are already inclusive of VAT. However, for orders under R550.00 a delivery fee will be added on during checkout.

All prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last. We normally increase our prices once a year and hope to continue this price increase trend. However due to factors beyond our control there might be a sudden price increase.

Part of our terms and conditions of sale  include the following. If a flavour you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with a list of alternate flavours that we have available. I am sure we will find something suitable for you to enjoy.

Deliveries – Terms and Conditions of Sale

Our deliveries will take place from 8am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times. We do however work overtime to ensure you will get your delivery on your required date.

Once your delivery is received, you will be responsible for storing the product. Items all need to be stored as per packaging instructions. In other words, please place it into your freezer straight away. This is a vital part of our terms and conditions of sale by Las Paletas Ice Cream

Mistakes

No one is perfect and sometimes mistakes happen. Afterall we are all human. If you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we will make arrangements for the items to be collected, along with the replacement items.

If we have to reattempt a delivery more than once, we may charge you a handling fee of 15% plus delivery. This may also delay your delivery. This has never happened.
